Bhagwati Real Estate Properties
I was born in a small village in the Harda district of Madhya Pradesh. I completed my primary education in the village itself and pursued higher secondary education in Timarni, staying there for two years. In 1992, I moved to Indore for higher studies. Since my family could not afford the expenses of living and studying in Indore, I managed my costs by taking up a small job. My first job was at the Colgate Palmolive warehouse, where the staff supported me greatly and encouraged me to learn typing. This led me to pursue a computer course as well.
After leaving that job, I joined Verma Enterprises, where I worked for three years. Subsequently, I got an opportunity to be appointed as a Depot Manager. However, when the depot was transferred outside Indore, I had to leave that position. Later, I worked as an Account Assistant at the head office of Dhaulagiri Tea and eventually as a Warehouse Incharge at the Dewas Naka.
Over time, I decided to shift my career focus from operational jobs to marketing, recognizing the potential for better earnings in the field. With guidance from a colleague, I ventured into the insurance sector. Initially, I worked with Bajaj Allianz but faced some challenges there. Later, I transferred my code to SBI Life Insurance Company, where I worked from 2008 to 2015. During this period, I also gained experience in real estate by joining a real estate company.
Currently, since 2018, I have been working with Millennium Infra Real Estate Company. With a mission to help 2,000 families own their dream homes, I aim to sell 2,000 plots. So far, I have successfully delivered 744 plots, many of which have transformed into beautiful homes, while I continue to assist others in realizing their dream of homeownership.
My team supports me wholeheartedly in this journey. I actively reach out to individuals, advising them to invest in real estate, emphasizing the dual benefits of financial growth and the opportunity to build their future homes. This approach has brought me closer to my goals.
Having faced numerous challenges in life, I draw inspiration from those hardships to ensure others don’t have to go through similar struggles. Through genuine advice and consistent efforts, I am dedicated to helping people achieve financial security and fulfill their dreams of owning a home.
